Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://greenrootlandscapingtucson.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Green Root Landscaping markets and arranges Landscaping, Lawn Care, Tree Trimming, Paver Installation, Sprinkler Installation, Sprinkler Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://greenrootlandscapingtucson.com is the property of Green Root Landscaping or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Root Landscaping from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. AZ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in AZ.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
